Yes, money is good but there is also high risk in the job. Customers who are not satisfied may not tell and will not come back. Even after taking full precaution, there may be fault in 5% of cases which is generally unknown.
There is lot of tension until few days pass away without any complaint from the customer
How was the lockdown period: I asked
He said: There was no income for 2 months. Work started coming recently. It was painful for people like us who earn basis daily work.
My car had a fault next day and I called him. He got anxious and asked me to come immediately I took the car to him. He checked and repaired it immediately. I have fallen in those 5% of cases.
Key learning is that what businesses have to go through the business lockdown is same everywhere irrespective of the nature and size. Resilient businesses with good cash flow have been able to bounce back but many are still struggling.
