Morning is the most important time of the day.

How you start the day generally decides how it is going to be rest of the day.

Routine well spent in the morning provides confidence to face the challenges for the remaining day.

Now, challenge is that many people teach lot of things to do in the morning. Which includes Studying books , writing journal, doing physical activities which takes 3-4 hours in the morning. All these activities are nice to do but most of people do not have so much time every morning without compromising on quality sleep.

So, in this article I am mentioning to prioritize only 3 things to do  every morning to be happy and live a life of high quality.

So,  3 Things to do every Morning to be Happy are :

1. Meditation : Meditation needs to be done at the start of the day. Reason being surroundings are most peaceful at this time of the day. It is easy to focus easily and look deep within. Mediation is essential to have a peaceful mind.

Although many experts suggest meditation to be done for 20 minutes or 30 minutes but to gain real benefit out of it , meditation should be done for 60 minutes or 1 hour


2. Walking : 
After completing meditation, proceed for brisk morning walk. It is better to do in natural surrounding like in green woods or nearby parks.

Listen to sound of air flowing through trees and chirping sound of birds. Walking to be done for 30 minutes. It will set you up for active mode for the day.

3. Yoga : After walking, next is the time for Yoga. Yoga is very effective in building strength and flexibility. It revitalizes both internal and external organs.

Yoga exercises should start from top of head to bottom of body covering exercises for all the parts of the  body. Yoga can be done for 30 minutes. Yoga exercises are also effective remedy of many lifestyle related diseases. Yoga has helped to cure lower back pain.

Essentially, 3 Things to do every Morning to be Happy are Meditation, Walking and Yoga. By doing this regularly, your every day will start on a positive note and day will be fulfilling
